Additional Expenses
Cover for additional accommodation and travel expenses resulting from:
- Accidental Injury
- Severe Weather
- Death
- Sickness

MAKING A CLAIM
- If your activity has been cancelled due to any of the circumstances mentioned above, you may be entitled to make a claim and recover your activity costs. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Contact Mondial Assistance on 1800 119 896 (or +61 7 3305 7000 if calling outside of Australia) to check if you are entitled to make a claim.
- Complete and return the Claim Form by fax to (07) 3305 7016 or email to travelclaims@mondial-assistance.com.au.
