Overview
Your instructor, John Coles is a member of the Professional Fishing Instructors and Guides Association of Australia and has been instructing for over 15 years.
Over the weekend we have a full introduction to fly fishing and a lake stream craft course.
The stream and lake craft course will teach you how to locate trout and successful techniques for catching them. Learn about where trout live and what they feed on and how to choose the right fly top capture them.
All equipment including waders is provided plus you receive a set of course notes
Location
Oberon (Blue Mountains - New South Wales)
This course takes place near Oberon NSW.
Exact meeting point and supplier's details are provided immediately after booking.
Numbers
We operate with a maximum of 6 people in each group. There will be one instructor for the group.
Session Time
You can arrive from 1pm on the Friday, Some instruction will be done on the Friday night Saturday and Sunday the course will commence at approx. 9am and conclude at 3-4pm.
Guidelines & Restrictions
We advise that you need to be in reasonable health to take part in this activity. You must be able to swim. We will be walking over uneven ground
All equipment supplied on a "replace if lost or broken" basis. Meals include 2 dinners, afternoon teas and full cooked breakfasts.
Extra Info
Children must be 12 years old and accompanied by an adult. All participants must be of reasonable health and be a confident swimmer.
