Overview
Day 1:
You will be collected from your accommodation by our travel partner Billy Tea Bush Safaris.Travel north along the scenic route to Mossman, lush farmland contrasts with seascape as we approach the majestic Daintree River for a one hour river cruise. We ascend the Alexandra Range and pause for a panoramic view of World Heritage Tropical Rainforest. Experience the rainforest intimately on our elevated National Park Boardwalk. Accurate interpretations of flora and fauna. A delicious barbecue lunch is served while you have the opportunity to hand feed a kangaroo. We travel along the 4WD Bloomfield Track to pristine Emmagen Creek and time for a refreshing rainforest stream swim. Enjoy a feast of tropical fruit, a complimentary glass of wine and a cup of traditional Billy Tea. At Cape Tribulation Beach there is a little time to swim in the Coral Sea (seasonal) or stroll along the beach.
You will be taken to your overnight accommodation in Cape Tribulation
Day 2
You will be collected from your accommodation at 10.30am by Adventure North
Travel the 4wd only Bloomfield Track, cross rivers and mountain ranges as you tavel through the heart of the World Heritage Listed Daintree National Park
Lunch is included at the Lions Den Hotel, one of North Queensland's oldest running bush pubs (est. 1875). Visit the mysterious Black Mountains steeped in Aboriginal legend. On arrival in Cooktown enjoy 360 degree panoramic views of Cooktown and the Endeavour River. Overnight Cooktown
Day 3:
Enjoy the day at your leisure to explore Cooktown or take the optional Aboriginal Rock Art Tour with Nugal-warra Elder Willie Gordon.
Visit the World Class James Cook Museum, Nature Powerhouse Museum or stroll Experience the unspoilt beauty of Cooktown
Late afternoon return to Cairns and Port Douglas via the inland road, t
Outback of Far North queensland.

Tour departs from Cairns, Northern Beaches and Port Douglas. We are able to provide a courtesy pick up service from your accommodation.

These are small personalised groups with a maximum of 16 passengers. Tour subject to weather conditions (Bloomfield Track) alternative route will be taken via the inland road, Mulligan Highway
Session Time
Multiple Locations, courtesy hotel pickup Depart Day 1 Cairns 7.00am and return Day 3 approx 9.30pm. Depart Port Douglas 9.00am and return Day 3 approx 8.30pm
Guidelines & Restrictions
This tour is not suitable for children under 3 years. If you do take the optional Aboriginal Rock Art Tour please be sure to wear covered closed in shoes.
