1 Day Aboriginal Rock Art Tour
Description
Take the scenic flight from Cairns to Cooktown, enjoying spectacular views as you fly along the coast between the World Heritage rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef. You will be collected and driven to Hope Vale, where Nugal-warra Elder Willie Gordon will take you to visit 6 rock art sites on his traditional country. Here he shares with you the stores behind the art, and his relationship with the land - this is a truly memorable experience - you won't forget it!

Flights depart General Aviation Airport, Cairns.

Booking Notes
Must be booked at least 2 days before activity.
Includes return airfare Cairns to Cooktown Airport Transfers to and from your accommodation as well as 6 Rock art sites and The Rainbow Serpent Tour. Covered shoes required. Drinking water provided. Suitable for all ages. Medium fitness level required.
Session Length
Activity departs Cairns 6.45am. Rainbow Serpent Tour take place from 7.45am - 1.15pm. Free time Cooktown 1.15pm-4.30pm. Cooktown to Cairns flight at 5.40pm. Arrive back in Cairns at 6.25pm. Departs daily except Sunday.

Maximum numbers on the Aboriginal Rock Art tour is 14. Single supplement applies of $35.00
